General Order Information
PROCESSING TIME:
Our goal is to get your Custom Engraved Orders shipped out to you, or to your gift recipient, as soon as possible,
sometimes that is possible the same or next day. However, due to fluctuations in order volumes and stock on hand,
please allow two to three weeks for delivery. If an item cannot be delivered for whatever reason within this time
frame, you will be notified as soon as possible with an option for, either substituting a product of equal or greater
value, or canceling the order.

Is a RUSH ORDER Needed?? Please, call us FIRST! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping will generally be by Priority Mail for the fastest, cost-effective delivery.
Please allow a minimum of five business days for your order, even for RUSH, unless you can pick it up directly.
SHIPPING:
We ship most orders via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. We DO NOT Ship Internationally!
Since we ship to all areas of the US, we have had to change our base shipping to reflect that. Our
charges can vary according to the weight and value of the shipment and zone to which it is shipped.
We try to keep our charges as close to our actual costs as possible. We utilize Flat Rate Boxes when
it is most economical, however some items are not eligible because of size.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Online: PayPal, with or without a PayPal Account with your Credit Cards, Bank Cards.
At shows: Cash preferred, Checks with Proper ID. (A $30 fee will be accessed for any check returned by banks.)
Custom Personalized Orders at shows may be Invoiced and paid via Credit Card, Bank Card thru PayPal.
Other show purchases are Cash and Carry.
RETURN POLICY:
Note any noticeable damage to shipper at time of delivery. Any damage must be reported to us within five days of
receipt.  Damaged items will be replaced ONLY with an identical item after proof of damage.

CUSTOM ORDERS are non-returnable, so please be careful when ordering:
All Custom Orders are non-returnable unless we have made an error in production. In the case where it is our
mistake, another will be produced and shipped at our expense. You may be asked to return the erred product.
You must e-mail, orders@treasuredhavenfarm.com or telephone 320-358-3581 within 5 days of any errors.
TAX: All Orders shipped with Minnesota addresses will have 6.875% Sales Tax added to your order.
Shipping is also taxed within Minnesota.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We reserve the right not to accept any order with inappropriate or vulgar language.
Please be very careful that all information is correct and accurate when you place your order.
Make sure you know the correct name spellings, birthdate, or wedding or anniversary date :)
We cannot be responsible for you providing us with the wrong information to be engraved.

ORDER METHODS:
Mail, Phone, Shows, Online directly from us.
A completed
Order Form or Personalization Order Form is needed for Custom Personalized Orders.
Currently for Personalized Orders, an Invoice will be emailed for payment after order is submitted
and is checked for completeness. Online Payment with Credit Card, Bank Card, PayPal.
Some items are available to order and pay immediately by adding to cart.

Retail Gift Shops, Bridal Shops, and Specialty Shops are also starting to carry certain lines of our products.
If you know of a store that would be a good match for us, or would like custom designed and engraved products,
please contact us. Thank You!
SHOWROOM HOURS:
Sorry, we have no shop hours at this time as our showroom is still under construction.
We regularly attend various shows and expos, check our schedule on the home page.
DIRECT SHIPPING of GIFTS:
We will enclose a gift card in all direct ship packages. Email notification will be given to you when shipped.
Each single gift item (or order) sent to a separate address will require the appropriate shipping charge.
We will gift wrap your purchase for a $3.50 additional fee.
RETAIL ACCOUNTS:
A business application must be on file to receive our wholesale pricing for our custom and personalized products in

DISCLAIMER:
Occasionally our website may contain incorrect or out of date information. Although we work hard to minimize such
errors, we reserve the right to make the necessary corrections.
PACKAGING:
Custom Engraved items will come wrapped in tissue and/or bubble wrap in their own gift box and labeled with your
order information. Other items and signs will be packed for safe shipping but may not be individually boxed.
